He must be a distant relation to the guy that tore into our car, sounds like they have much in common. I hope the guy gets talked to about it, I keep asking myself why didn't he pull up the bank, can't he drive a lorry... It's horrible to see a lorry's wheels and side right up against your car and they don't half make a lot of noise when they are tearing into the side of a car from top to bottom. Sounds like you had a lucky escape, I think we did to, to be honest.

The irony is that we drove to the next village to get some food from the shop as we figured as the driving conditions are hazardous then it would be much wiser and safer to just go to the next village.

A lot of cars had to turn around and they must have had to drive miles out of the way as only a 4 by 4 can get up the other village hill as its to slippery to drive to the top and then if they cut through to the other village further along the road is closed! Their only option would have been to turn back and drive miles out of their way. Tweet
