I too am going through the same situation you went through. My fiance and I have been together for 7 years. She had the implant put in around the beginning of August. And it seems just after that she has lost the smile she used to carry, the joking around and fun attitude, and she's always looking so sad and depressed. We've been crying a lot lately trying to get over this hurdle. We have no kids but she got the implant because she had really bad bleeding problem. But ever since then she's been so negative but does not want to believe it. We used to have sex 4 to 5 times a week sometimes. Now three times in the last 6 months. As usual she says she loves me but she lost her desire for me before she even had the implant she claims. I love her with all of my heart and then fighting so hard to keep her. She said to me last night when I asked her if our age difference of 13 years bothered her. Before she said no now she says it does make a difference. She did say she would go to therapy because she Harbors so much inside of her and never talks to anybody. I think she's had mild Depression but this has made it worse. Has anybody out here on this forum had any positive things come after the wife has had it removed? I am looking for that ray of sunshine
