Well Ezekial's temple vision would be seen as good in that we see in the vision: the glory of God fills the temple, God is on his throne in the temple and will dwell there forever, there is absence of evil in the temple, there is a river of life there with trees on the banks of the river growing fruit every month with leaves of healing, etc. So this temple Ezekiel describes cannot be seen as bad. But most agree, we've never seen this yet in history, so for those who hold the pre-mill view, they say Ezekial is describing a literal temple that will be built sometime in the future. They have to say it is literal to be consistent with their claim to take the bible literally.

But then there are huge problems with Ezekiel's temple vision, if taken literally, such as the animal sacrifices being said to atone for sin. It doesn't say they'll be for memorial but that they will be for sin offerings.

Now based on what you have said, I'm guessing you believe there will be a third and then a fourth temple. Many pre-mill believers from what I understand believe the third temple will be the one Satan will destroy before the 1000 year reign begins and then the fourth temple is the one built for the millennial reign and the fourth one would be Ezekial's temple vision. That way, what you are saying would make more sense in that the third one will be seen as bad and not of God and therefore able to be destroyed by Satan.

But then you still have the problem about the sin offerings, etc. and how that directly contradicts what Hebrews says:

Hebrews 10:
5 Consequently, when Christ came into the world, he said,

“Sacrifices and offerings you have not desired,
but a body have you prepared for me;
6 in burnt offerings and sin offerings
you have taken no pleasure.
7 Then I said, ‘Behold, I have come to do your will, O God,
as it is written of me in the scroll of the book.’”

8 When he said above, “You have neither desired nor taken pleasure in sacrifices and offerings and burnt offerings and sin offerings” (these are offered according to the law), 9 then he added, “Behold, I have come to do your will.” He does away with the first in order to establish the second. 10 And by that will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
