Then Loquat falsely accused me of seeking to get truth from a man named Jim Bakker. Loquat, I realize you are fairly new to the Christian forums, but you don't know me at all! Here is what Loquat said about me, "I know you don't like that Rainy, but you are the one risking being burned a second time by potentially placing too much reliance on him as a source of truth.'' Wow! What a mouthful. This because I posted a video of him interviewing someone!

My only reliance for a source of truth is on the Holy Spirit to lead me into all truth as I seek Him. I also study the scriptures. Yes, I do listen to ministers and videos, but I examine all things as the Bible instructs us to do in Acts 17 and other places. God does have His real Bible teachers for a reason. We can learn from them, but we do not blindly just believe everything they say. Even Paul did not want people to do that with his teachings and the Holy Spirit used him to write much of the New Testament.
