the Beck blood electrifier is the best if it is designed to have the two electrodes on both wrists like my Microbe Electrifier (by BioElectric) is designed for. Beck had all his great successes using it that way and then changed to both electrodes on one wrist because the feds were looking for ways to nail him such as someone complaining that it affected their heart (which in reality it can't since the arteries connect a couple inches above the heart so that the current doesn't go thru the heart, just in the arteries.)
