Today is day 6 for me. I lost another 3 pounds. I'm now at 228. I am just SOOO encouraged by this. I'm feeling a little bit tired but I'm fine. I can't wait to see myself getting below 220 pounds lol, that will definitely be a MILESTONE!!! My blood Sugar was 86 this morning. This steady weight loss is definitely a motivator to keep going. I believe Water Fasting is the best way to lose weight because it's quick. I can't wait to get to my weight goal, eat healthy meals and exercise to keep my new weight. I made a promise to myself that I will NEVER EVER let myself gain weight again. Losing it is such an ordeal. Tomorow on day 7, I will start a new discussion thread since this one is getting too long.
