There are a few things that I am trying to heal. 1) Gastrointestinal upset related to an unhealthy diet; my timing of meals is inconsistent and my food choices are not the healthiest. 2) Poor relationship with food; some days I eat very healthy and others days I overeat and eat mostly junk food. 3) Irregular physical activity due to preoccupation with food; for example, I will choose to eat a large meal instead of exercising.
