Each day, week, hour is an accomplishment. One week, 10 days, two weeks, and three weeks are the marks I'm looking forward to most! I'm still feeling good and steadily losing weight like yourself. My weight loss goal for the 30 days is 22 pounds, and my overall weight loss goal is 25 pounds.
