Awesome to hear. 3lb a day is good for the first 10% or so of your body weight, but past that its likely you're burning muscle. Muscle is 75% water and the protein matrix only delivers 4 calories a gm. So for 2000 calories you need to burn 1lb+ protein which is accompanied by 3lb water. So 4lb a day = muscle. Fat is 10% water and 9 cal a gm. 2000 calories is about 225 + 10%. 250gm, just over 1/2lb. Anyway enjoy, just keep the course. You're doing great.
