My purple ketostix got even deeper after I ate. But I did eat the few veggies tha twere closing in on their expiry, cheese and fish.

I may eat Saturday night, I'll be doing some light labor (driving mostly0 with a friend, and cant let him eat alone. Social pressures.

May eat resistant starch rice tomorrow with yogurt, or with just pickle tomorrow if I feel like it.
