Re: Magnesium, worse fatigue?

Hi Mr Crab I just read that potassium is often increased in the body with afrenal fatigue and since hemp powder has quite high levels, perhaps thats the culprit? Another consideration: have a look at the additives in the supplements you take.. ie magnesium stearate, etc.. this is tcell inhibiting and a lot of sources say we should limit our intake of supplements with these 'binders' which are actually decreasing uptake it the vitamin itself plus compromising our immune system. Adrenal fatigue responds badly to all substances/chemicals (ie harsh cleaning products, perfume/cologne we use, cosmetics, etc) so stands to reason these fillers couldbe counter productive. I have chosen to look at which foods give me the vitamins and minerals and increase those, plus take superfoods that are 100% clean ie chlorella, spirulina, maca, ashwaghanda, acerola powder for vit c...licorice root tea andwill soon add rhodiola. Good luck, I knowthe frustrations very well with this rollercoaster ride! Take care, hope this post may help.
