Magnesium does make me feel tired and relaxed. Which has been very helpful for me because I have a wired but tired feeling all the time. The magnesium helped with the heart palpitations. Although, now I have read your comments I plan on stopping the magnesium and only doing 200 mg at night for sleep.
I will have to watch for the magnesium now, If I am not feeling jittery anymore I will not use the magnesium. I am glad I read your post.
