I took a magnesium liquid supplement for four days last week and had to stop. From what I've read it's an indication of a kidney problem in that they are unable to flush out the magnesium properly and toxicity occurs. I am currently WIPED out with fatigue and trembling. I would advise drinking plenty of clean mineral water from glass bottles and possibly getting some natural or prescription diuretics to clean out the rest of the mineral.
