I am so interested that you mention Vitamin C., I take 1000 mgs of Country Life Gluten Free with Bioflavonoids and I notice if I miss a dose. I am going to check out Folic Acid, and Taurine since you are bang on about the C, I can't do Vitamins B and D I think E is okay. Doctor recommended Clonidine and Flexeril will not take either of those as I think they target Gaba Receptors and have their own withdrawal. Thanks.
