Hey Laredo, you may have missed my earlier post.

I'm curious why you go for B6 but not B5? B6 is involved in histamine synthesis, which seems counterproductive to keeping low histamine. Also, B5 is required for Coenzyme-A synthesis which is required for adrenal function.

Just wondering what your thought process was for using B6 but not B5.
