You can always upload every photo of whatever you get out. Start with the fluke formula and you will see what other parasites you have (i suspect you have more, like every one of us here). Once you get the flukes cleared out it will be much much better. I know it is unbelievable but every kind of parasite, macro or micro can spread and become systemic.
