Go get some wasabi or horseradish sauce, and eat as much as you can stand, especially during a crisis. This will help with the sinus problems.

How did you determine it was a fluke in your head/sinus area? I'm not sure flukes typically go there but I guess it's possible?

Keep doing the intestinal cleanses, this will help a lot. Sinus problems imo also hinge on the gallbladder. Do you have signs of liver/gallbladder congestion?

Try nebulized eucalyptus oil.

Eat as much raw garlic as you can stand.

You could also try to clean out the ear canal with h202. There's a protocol somewhere here on CZ.

The doctor was an arse, but maybe could try to quit smoking or at least switch to organic tobacco.

Sage incense in your house might help kill eggs thar are breatheable/airborne.

Do you have congestion from eating dairy products? I think also you should try gluten free for a month or so.
