I don't know how much Milk Thistle you should take, but the capsules I have are 140 mg. I guess that's how much I would take.

I asked a gastroenterologist about Milk Thistle and he said he didn't think it helped with the liver at all. This is a doctor who works at lot with liver patients. But, many here on curezone seem to swear by it.

I sure wish you well!! I can understand your fear as I've been fearful with each and every new medicine.

But sometimes we just don't have a choice.

I know you'll keep us updated each step of the way!
