I'm so sorry you are dealing with this nightmare. I am not a doctor, but if I had this problem I would try to buy the medication somehow. It seems that the medication for flukes is Triclabendazole and I really don't think that any herbs will help at this point. Maybe get the medication from a veterinarian, but make sure you dose it right. There is more information on the CDC website if you search for fasciola parasites in information for health professionals.
