Your reading a bullshit article because CS is NOT banned in Europe. There are manufacturers in Europe, there are also CS generators freely on sale. However they cannot make health claims about it which is the same for any none medical product which cannot have health claims made which are not proven. Many products have fallen foul of this. One CS manufacturer has been in court on multiple occasions for breaching these laws by making claims.

I would urge you to look at the THMPD and how that got passed into European law. If you look deep enough you will see how carefully constructed the events that surround the passing the THMPD was and the corruption that was part of it.

A brief synopsis, the drug companies manufactured a herbal weight loss supplement using a herb which is never traditionally used for weight loss. Doctors employed by the drug companies prescribed this medication to several thousand people. A couple hundred of whom suffered kidney failure. The investigation into the incident was done behind closed doors by the EU, no information was ever published but documents were obtained which showed no one was found liable. It turned out that the herbal products were laced with a toxin which caused the kidney failure in certain people. Some of the patients drew the short straw and were sacrificed for the benefit of the drug companies and their profits. The drug companies then used the incident as justification for the need for the THMPD to limit the use of herbal products in Europe. Dumb politicians passed it with help from the drug company lobbyists.

The drug companies oversee the THMPD and can say what is allowed to be sold. Companies who are in competition with herbal medicines have the power to say whether something can be sold with health claims and they are the ones who do the judgement! It's just like Ford being able to control GM's business and what they can sell.

It's scandalous IMO and I am glad the UK successfully voted to exit the corrupt EU. The EU is unduly influenced by the large corporations and frequently undermines public health by limiting vitamin and mineral levels. They are in the process of banning Borax a cheap source of important Boron because they claim it has adverse health effects ie it helps prevent heart disease and inflammation which is believed to be part of heart disease and therefore threatens drug company profits of statins and other such rubbish. They have already stopped people from purchasing Milk Thistle extract ie Silymarin which has a very beneficial effect on the liver, helping protect the liver and raising glutathione levels. It also lowers blood glucose which the drug companies do not want because it threatens their type 2 diabetic medication. Anything which threatens their profits they have the power and influence to ban!

I am very pleased we are cutting the cord so that we can be free of it! It cannot happen soon enough IMO. I just hope that all this shit gets repealed and people have the right once again to maintain their own health. Something which was unjustly taken away by the profiteering drug corporations. Their profit is enhanced by unhealthy people so promoting ill health serves their objectives. Tweet
