Re: New to coffee enemas -- feeling worse

I am not sure what blood in the stool may indicate. It probably means you have overeaten and scraped the colon walls thereby, at some time recently. Or it could possibly mean you are putting more water through the enema than you should. In either case, there seems to be some bleeding in the inner wall of the colon, or possibly of the small intestine?

If you get blood stains again I would be cautious about doing more enemas, because it may be like scratching an open wound. I would rather take herbs and a good diet with healthy fats and fibres to heal the colon first. So perhaps it is a good idea to keep an eye on what comes out when you expel the enema.

You might want to search on diverticulitis, although it is probably unlikely that you have it unless there is pain in the colon area.

I am quite unsure about all that I have written, so it is best that you read up and post more on curezone to get better advice.
