Re: New to coffee enemas -- feeling worse

Thanks for your help, landthou.

I did a third coffee enema after I wrote this and made a couple of changes which seemed to help things: 1. I made sure I was adequately hydrated beforehand, 2. I did a warm water rinse before and afterwards. I noticed a far more significant elimination of the enema, and also felt quite elated afterwards. I did sleep poorly and felt a little restless, however, so should probably reduce the amount of coffee in accordance with your suggestion.

Today was number four and the results weren't as good. No change in mood/anxiety afterwards. I know I mustn't overdo them, but a big issue for me is psychological disturbances: agitation, Depression etc. that make getting through each day very difficult. When the enemas worked (#1 and #3), I felt an obvious improvement in those symptoms. So I am trying to find a balance between reducing toxicity and getting my body into some kind of vaguely manageable state, vs. taxing it further.

I may continue doing them daily and reduce the amount of coffee, and also do them in the morning (currently doing them in the evening). Then take a break after a few days.
