Re: New to coffee enemas -- feeling worse

I agree with the other poster, 3 tablespoons is far too much to begin with.

I began with less than 1 teaspoon and still felt really sick - tired, aching all over - after the coffee enema. After that I have always done a cleansing enema with saline water after my coffee enemas. Over the month or month and a half, I have slowly built up to 8 tablespoons of coffee spread out over 2 or 3 back to back coffee enemas, followed by a saline water enema to take out the toxins released.

Many people don't to the saline water enema afterwards, and are fine. I may try skipping it some time, but for now I am doing it.

Also, I read that if you are dehydrated, more coffee will be absorbed into the bloodstream, which will then overstimulate you. So get enough water along with your vegetable juices. The sodium from spinach and kale juices should do well to allow your body to really absorb the water instead of just passing it out.
