Could you please explain how to do a back to back cleansing enema? For 2 quarts of plain water, is it done in one go? Or possibly done in two rounds with evacuation in between?

Assuming that 2 quarts of water will reach further colon to cleanse, I once did it to aid elimination post Liver-Flush but omg found my tummy cramping badly.

Any ideas on how to maximise high cleansing enema's effectiveness resembling those of Colema Board's Or Colonic's? These last two resorts are not available in my country.
