Re: Multiple food intolerances, mood problems and troubles living socially

These are wise words, and i reached the same conclusion when i realized i was unable to do a water fasting. It may have been of help, but i had to isolate and feeling of guilt was arising.
I decided to start practicing sport, meditation and healthy lifestyle, as well as doing a restricted diet for probably 2 weeks. Then i'll try to reintroduce offensive foods again, one at a time, and study the reactions.
I explained this to my parents and they agreed, and i'll have to do an intolerance testing (even if i think it's useless).

I specify i haven't been able to follow such a diet for a continuous amount of time, until now, meaning i would break it every 3 or 4 days. It was because i didn't know which foods i were intolerant too, and headaches and Depression would come again every time. Giving the body the time to heal will hopefully permit me to eat these foods again. Maybe probiotics will help too.

Also, i suspended alchool consumption (on saturdays only, 2 drinks with my friends) just 2 weeks ago, and overall i've been much better since then.

Thank you r1deforever, i think what you said is the best way to heal. I'll probably have to change some things in my life, for better.
