Thank you, i've heard of Liver Flush and sounds interesting, i think i should try it.
It's really awful to see many people suffering from diseases of "unknown" cause, that are actually caused by things (diet) we can change; i ask myself when this situation will finally change...
Anyway i feel like a Water Fasting will be helpful , and i'm going to practice meditation along with it. There's also something spiritual, which can help.
I like practicing sport, but when my mind and body is impaired i simply can't find the energy. But once the fasting will be over i will probably start exercising, as i hope things will be better.
p.s.
i have considered Histamine Intolerance but i've always dismissed this option. Seeing foods high in histamine i'm now reconsidering this kind of intolerance.
