Don't eat what makes you ill.

That's quite simple, isn't it ?

And that includes your family friends, your activities etc...

Start to enjoy being healthy and do healthy things.

Enjoy fresh air, and fresh friends. A food that leaves you feeling relaxed and alive.

Don't be so in love with the stuff that makes you sick. Don't keep eating it.

You can try the miracle Water Fast ... but then if you go back to those same foods that make you ill, what do you expect ?

Your body is telling you to change ... are you listening ?

Or trying to find another way to just carry on doing the same old shhhhh.
