Re: Multiple food intolerances, mood problems and troubles living socially

Leokk,

one way to improve food tolerance is to exercise regularly.
The stronger your body becomes physically, the stronger you will be to tolerate different foods.

Liver Flush can also help heal food intolerance and leaky gut:

You should know that you are not alone.

Millions of people out there are food/drinks intolerant, just many have no clue and opt to treat symptoms with medications, rather than to eliminate offending foods/drinks.

The next health problems are directly linked to or triggered by food intolerance:
acne, eczema, rosacea, Seborrheic Dermatitis , intestinal problems, psychological problems, depression, anxiety, irregular menstruations, PCOS, etc...

Millions of people out there suffer from those problems.

Read also about the Histamine Intolerance , you sound like someone who has problem with histamine.

Water fasting may help, but it seldom solves the intolerance.

Change in diet is often one of the ways improve tolerance. Eat more raw fish, less grains, less sugar.
