I agree! Don't chase them. I've passed many parasites during my detox. I found the best methods are:

-salt flushes.EVERYTHING comes out, including critters.

-colonics with a bit of hydrogen peroxide

-right around day 5 of a water fast, I sometimes pass them. They seem to starve around that time.

When I lived in Asia, a friend had a worm travel from her intestine to her liver. And she needed surgery to get it out!
