I am not sure what is the scientific reasoning behind this. I am also not sure any anti parasitic substance cause the scattering or rather a weakened immune system. This is a complex subject and there could be many co factors. I think they move anyway. I think the safest way is to paralyze them and then flush them out. They do migrate anywhere in the body without you knowing and you might not feel it unless your infection gets so bad you get sick. I have personally not yet found a herbal treatment that could treat disseminated worms for example, solely with natural substances. Sugar has more importance in fungus or bacteria which can also become a problem. There are worm attractants but these are different substances to what this article mentions. They could be living, hiding or breeding at any part of your body feeding off tissue, blood and survive as long as possible.
