parasites are designed to force you to eat to feed them. They don't care much for meat but they love carbs.
Most likely you have ascaria in your small intestine. DXs test will not find it.

Take some fenbendazole and watch your stool for evidence.

I never, ever felt full until I started killing the parasites. They had full control of my eating. If I tried to fast I got terrible pain in the upper right quadrant. It was the ascaria eating at my tissues. It would quite immediately when I ate.

You will have to do like I did and just assume you have parasites and go on a porotocal. All the symptoms you DX found are a result of parasites. If you have cysts then the infestation is pretty bad.
