In my opinion one good option is simply to give yourself a trajectory of the ideal diet. It might take a while to shift towards it but ... the results would be worth it.
For me trying one or another weird diet is just more crap for the body. Really what is your body thinking as all these weird things and ideas come down the pipe. The body was designed to eat certain things, so feed it those things.
Other medicines and protocols can be useful to push things along, but on a temporary basis.
That is my personal view.
If found this book and philosophy on the following website / doctor etc.. . There is a $20 book. Basically it is the philosophy of feeding your body ideal and basic foods, mostly fruits and vegetables. And that is it.
