Leaving them alone (healing blog - updated weekly)

The past two or three weeks I've been really depressed trying to find a way forward with this.

Mostly it was coming to terms with what must be done.

I've accepted my fate now and I'm going to post a record/blog to give myself some incentive to keep going where it gets really rough.

Hopefully I will finally cure with this method after over 15 years of having this affliction and in time it will give some people the courage to do the same.

So this photo was taken today which marks one week into the leave alone method :



The red part (inferior part of the lip) is often red like this because this is where the skin has been damaged repeatedly right down to the base dermis level.

I'll upload a new photo every Friday... just realised it's Friday the 13th haha
