Hey I know this was posted a long time ago but if you still need some help I saw this post about this exact same condition
They ended up figuring out it was due to an allergy and the best thing that helped was LypSyl Chapstick!! Hope this helps. If you look up "why are my lips tight and rash like" it should pop up
