Start slowly with DE. Use 1/2 tsp. at first and SLOWLY build up to 1-2 tbsp./day. Once you get up to 1 tbsp. divide it into teaspoons- 1 tsp. 3x a day on an empty stomach or more.
It can cause some constipation with some people. Use a stool bulker like ground flax seed to help. Drink a lot of water.
It will get rid of some parasites but not all of them.
