3 pills of Paratrex is about a tsp so 6 pills should be right about 2 tsps a day,
it does seem to give me a stomach ache somewhat but soon after I end up having BM anyways so I am sure it's doing something right lol

I have been cleansing off and on since mid 05,I resumed eating rare meats early last summer til about a few months ago but have stopped since and permenently as of now,so those are most likely my biggest concern are beef tapeworms.Not sure what other kinds would be in me right now that but it's better safe then sorry..so far so good!
