The first brand of DE I bought caused horrible constipation and realized that if the DE is not pure and has a high amount of heavy metals it will do that. I later found a really high quality DE and it never causes constipation. I bought it from Earthworks health .com but it says on it that it is repackaged with permission from perma-guard so I think that is the brand..
