I asked my Naturopath about doing a water fast. He said NO. It would screw up my electrolytes.
Doing a parasite cleanse is hard work. Do a mild ketogenic diet of organic food with the cleanse. Avoid as many sugars including fruit as possible.
Do one thing at a time. Do the parasite cleanse first. It is a long process if you do it right. Tweet
