hydrocortisone is all the same really, just get it from a legit source

and yeah man just leave it alone, unless the skin is just growing over completely and not attached so you can clip it without causing aggravation or raw skin. other than that, peeling it just causes deeper inflammation and makes it far worse. have you got vaseline or something to use till you get the aquaphor? just smooth it over the scab and wait for it to come off. the aquaphor/HC works best on fresh skin though so keep that in mind
