Re: Update plus What you guys think
Hey longterm.
Could this actually be a digestive problem? I started working out last year and I drastically changed my diet too. Honestly I thought it was a positive change in diet because I started eating a lot healthier by including more greens, less processed stuff, started drinking milk and eating oatmeal everyday. I also started to supplement 3 scoops of protein powder everyday and after months of it, I was seeing great results in the gym which is why I did not lessen my supplement consumption. About the protein supplements, they contain a lot of amino acids and stuff but I made sure to research about them before purchasing just to be sure it is safe. I even read some people take more of it than I do.
Is there any way I could check for digestive problems through the doc or something? I don't think I'm mentally ready to give up my protein staples especially milk because I've always loved milk. Although my grandmother talked me into stopping for awhile to observe any 'weird' feeling in the stomach and if it may improve my lips.
If the protein supplements somewhat caused my EC then congrats to myself because I am probably the first one to get EC through supplementing some dairy by-product.
Right now best I can do is maintain and manage the peeling.
