sure, i can take a look at the aquaphor link. i can't get it in my country either so i use amazon and there's no problems - i can link you to the seller that i get mine from, if you want.

HC 1% helped me a lot, and my lips were a lot worse than yours. use a small amount day and night and put aquaphor or some other barrier over it. if it doesn't irritate your lips, it's worth trying for a while. there's some scaremongering about steroids but realize that HC is mild and you won't be using it for a long time
