dude you're freaking out and ignoring all the (sane) advice people have already given you. apply aquaphor or vaseline,don't peel the skin off, chill, try to get on with life. reading about worst case scenarios on this forum and assuming it's going to happen to you isn't gonna help.

if you're going to use a steroid, try hydrocortisone first. it's mild whereas clobetasol is pretty strong and you shouldnt use it without some direction.
