I have gone through this same thing also, with my approach to the diet.. and it came completely out of a place of fear and trying to find some secret bullet to knock out my health issues overnight. It doesn't work that way. Going to diet extremes like 'all fruit' or 'paleo' isn't healthy, and it can often lead you in a far worse spot.
Back to the basics... balanced vegan food program with raw fruits/vegetables, nuts/seeds, legumes, grains, superfoods, juices, herbs, healthy oils..
.. cleaning out your elimination channel and you're golden. Don't overcomplicate the process :)
