Fat is 45% more calorie-dense than either carbs or protein, so an 811 diet can be tricky at first whether you base it off mostly fruit or mostly starches because you have to eat a *lot* more than you're used to to make up the difference from all that very high calorie fat.
But the bottom line is that YOU need to concentrate on getting enough calories per day, that's why you're constantly complaining of hunger all the time. You're starving yourself.
If you're having too hard of a time doing 80-10-10 right now, then up your fat intake temporarily to 70-10-20 until you start getting used to the lower fat diet.

It's the only way you'll know how many calories you getting a day.
I also recommend you stop all your supplements and flushes and concentrate on establishing a wholesome natural diet the way Mother Nature intended.
