I'm not a practitioner, but I'm reading a lot on NB and the interpretation of HMTA.

My brother was also high copper and was exactly the same as you; migraines, parasites etc. He's now getting advice from a practitioner and following their protocol.

Just these last two HMTA knocked me sideways, both showing AF. I *think* a basic NB program could be beneficial and non-harmful even if the results are inaccurate (I think most people could do with decent whole food as a place to start!) And then maybe get a re-test done in a couple of months to see what's really going on.
