Re: Hair Mineral Analysis: Odd Results

Glad you found my reply helpful. I agree that a basic program is helpful to everyone. Even when we think we are eating well, once we see our oxidation rate (which for most of us is slow), we see changes we need to make. And the emphasis on eating lots of fresh vegetables is so good. Dr Wilson really emphasizes that. I've always liked vegetables and grew up eating a wide variety. I now make a concerted effort, though, to cook more of them and often eat them for breakfast!

Adrenal fatigue is something almost all of us doing hair analysis see on our tests. For anyone with health less than ideal, I think it will be there.

How is your brother doing? Has he had a hard time getting rid of all the parasites? I'm making great progress there but still see them...no longer daily.

I am waiting for results of my latest test and know I'm making good progress on so many levels. This is a much longer and harder journey than I ever imagined, but I had no idea how sick I was. My calcium shell was hard to bring down. Now that's been "broken", my progress is speeding up.
