It helped me a lot to understand better this way of healing. I still refer to it as needed.
I rarely do foot reflexology. If my husband would do it for me, that would be great!! He's great in so many ways but not eager to do that kind of thing regularly. I guess I find it awkward doing my own feet. The few times I've done it is when I've had a toe feel very stiff and achy so I really worked on that toe.
I don't do meditation either. I do spend a lot of time praying while retaining the enemas and usually in the sauna. The meditation he describes just sounds like a lot of work...maybe I'm wrong! I just feel like I am devoting so much time to the program as is that I don't want to spend more.
