Are you seeing progress? If you ever decide to work with a Wilson-trained practitioner, the man I use is great.

Are you doing hair analysis directly with a lab? I started out doing that with ARL but found it more helpful to have a practitioner advise me.

Yes, it is time-consuming to do the 2 ce's twice a day. But I really need it, especially if I'm feeling "coppery". I started out with high copper and continue to dump. I'm also wondering if I'm dumping a lot of mercury since the symptoms are very similar to copper. My retest results should arrive in the mail any day. Eager to see what they show.
