Re: Hair Mineral Analysis: Odd Results
I agree that healthy bodies wouldn't be good hosts for parasites. I was undiagnosed celiac for many years with all the classic symptoms. So as much as I wanted to be healthy and ate healthy, it was a losing battle. Getting off gluten almost 17 years ago really helped, and I thought it was the answer to everything.
I do use a near infrared sauna but have only used it for about a year. I just did the single lamp on my belly/liver area before, and I did that daily for an hour for over a year. Getting the actual sauna set up just seemed so overwhelming for a while. Fatigue makes it hard to tackle big things! My tests have showed marked improvement, though, since using the sauna. So I think it is making a big difference over all and probably with the parasites. Doing
coffee enemas twice daily has probably helped the most and trying to eat fewer carbs. I think once copper is where it should be, the critters won't find a good place to hang around.
Regarding the calcium shell, I don't have any secrets. I just kept doing the program. I do think as more copper was released, the shell began to come down. My last test showed calcium was 55, and 40 is normal. That 55 called for major rejoicing!!
