I was reading through the tread and learned good information.Thanks everyone. I am currently on my 10 day fast and its my first time WF. I have been noticing bubbles when I pee for the past 5 days and I was wondering what it is. Also my goal was a min 10days and max 21 days. Today (10day) the past two hours I have been hungry and tempted to end it. But there is a part of me that is pushing me to at least fast 5 more days. I haven't experienced mental clarity yet and I think it comes later on and also my tongue is coated a lot with a little bit of runny nose today. This is showing me my body is really working hard detoxifying and healing and stopping it seems like a waste of the past 10 days. I would love any suggestions or encouragement please. Thank you
